Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a pre-purchase order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

PRE-PURCHASE ORDERS

When you purchase a pre-purchase order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment, partial deposit or full payment at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.
You can cancel a partially or fully paid pre-purchase order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.

PRE-PURCHASE SHEEPSKIN BOOT & SLIPPERS

When you pre-order any pair from our sheepskin boot or slipper range, payment is taken in full at the time of purchase. Production begins once 1,000 pairs have been pre-ordered and paid for.

If we have not reached 1,000 paid pre-orders within 12 months of 1 October 2026, the pre-order sale will be treated as unsuccessful and at our discretion we may not go ahead with production. If we do not go ahead with production every order will be refunded in full, including any delivery charges paid, back to the original payment method.

If 1,000 paid pre-orders are made before 1 October 2027 production may be rescheduled earlier as order numbers build. We will always email you with revised timings.

If 1,000 paid pre-orders are not reached before 1 October 2027 we may at our discretion go into production or hold off on production till a later date and we will always email you with revised timings. You can request a full refund, including delivery charges, at any time before your order ships.
